The Datalogic Gryphon GBT4600-BK-HP barcode scanner is part of the Gryphon 4600 series, a premium family of handheld scanners designed for applications requiring fast and reliable reading of 1D and 2D barcodes. The scanner combines a dual-core processor, AI-based decoding algorithms and advanced decoding technology to improve reading performance and efficiently capture damaged, poorly printed or difficult-to-read codes.

The High Performance version features a dual-sensor architecture combining a 1.5 MP sensor and a VGA sensor, providing enhanced reading performance and extended depth of field. The scanner supports standard 1D and 2D barcodes, GS1 Digital Link, Digimarc digital watermarks and OCR applications.

For improved user experience, the Gryphon GBT4600-BK-HP incorporates Datalogic’s Green Spot technology, 3GL™ (Three Green Lights) good-read feedback and vibration confirmation. Dual-colour illumination allows users to select between warm white and red illumination depending on the application requirements.

Bluetooth 5.2 Classic and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) provide cordless communication, while the wireless charging system helps reduce maintenance requirements and contributes to longer operational life.
