With its true 8-inch print width, the device enables the production of large-format labels containing extensive information, graphics, warning symbols, and barcodes.

The printer is built on Toshiba’s A-BRID operating platform, featuring a dual-core processor and a Dual OS architecture (Linux and RTOS). This enables seamless integration with existing information systems without the need for middleware or complex modifications to the IT infrastructure.

BX820T supports direct PDF printing with automatic scaling and rotation, automatic printer language detection and emulation, as well as data conversion for new requirements such as QR codes and the Digital Product Passport. This simplifies migration from existing systems and facilitates the implementation of new industrial labeling projects.
