LABEL DISPENSER ALpeel

The Alpeel is an industrial semi-automatic label dispenser with a fully metal construction, suitable for use with virtually all commonly used label types.

The unit operates by automatically peeling and presenting labels from the backing liner (peel and present) on a one-by-one basis, with the next label dispensed automatically after the previous one is removed or when manually triggered by the operator.

For circular, specially shaped, or transparent labels, the unit can be equipped with a mechanical sensor instead of the standard photocell. This sensor detects the difference in thickness between the label and the backing liner rather than contrast. In this version, the next label is dispensed by pressing a button instead of automatic advancing, as with the photocell model.
