LABELMATE SR-6 LABEL SLITTER-REWINDER

The SR-6 is a combined slitting and rewinding unit for self-adhesive labels on rolls. It allows wide rolls to be slit into narrower ones and rewound directly from the printer.

It ensures operation without applying any tension to the printer through a Zero-Tension-Loop design. A free loop of material is formed between the printer and the unit, acting as a buffer and preventing tension. This solution also supports backfeeding when used with colour inkjet printers.

The unit is equipped with an optical sensor that automatically controls operation based on the length of the free loop. Adjustable tension ensures precise slitting and the tightness of the finished rolls.
