The TSC TTP-247 thermal transfer label printer series provides the best price-performance ratio among desktop barcode printers in its class. Built similarly to its top-selling predecessor -the TTP-245 Plus label printer, the TSC TTP-247 operates at a remarkable print speed of 7 ips (inches per second) at 203 dpi resolution. The innovative device has a maximum print width of4 inches.

The TTP-247 label printer series features USB 2.0, parallel and serial connectivity, as well as an optional Ethernet port for networking. The devices also support the TSPL-EZ™ printer-control language, that is fully suitable for use with other languages used by TSC printers. They also support TPLE (Translation Printer Language Eltron®) and TPLZ (Translation Printer Language Zebra®).

These languages break down and translate the shape of each label automatically as it is being sent to the barcode label printer.
