This labeling system is designed for precise and high-speed tamper evident label application on pharmaceutical packaging, ensuring the authenticity and identification of individual packages in accordance with Directive 2011/62 / EC.
- The system is controlled in positive “fail safe” logic, equipped with a touch screen graphic interface with advanced 4.0 functions (compliant with CFR21 part.11). The system monitor is in an ergonomic position accessible also when the guard door is open
- Biometric identification of the operator: passwords are no longer essential! For Windows networks, the password is subject to Microsoft’s Active Directory policy
- "Quick Setup" for quick start-up of production, thanks to storable labeling programs, automatic speed synchronization (Syncro Speed) and system ergonomics (all adjustments are easily accessible from the operator side)
- Label roll housing in an elevated position (the operator must not bend down). The paper path is short and linear, to reduce space and time to change the roll
- Maximum labeling accuracy thanks to indexed transport conveyor, by indexed inserter and two parallel toothed belts
- Inductive control "sealing completed" (no need to use special labels)
- Maximum output 300 products/minute– brushless motors that do not require lubrication and work with maximum accuracy at low temperatures and are easy to clean
- Compact main base (1320mm), in stainless steel
