We are a manufacturer of a wide variety of non-adhesive labels, which are used when self-adhesive label application is not suitable for the needs of our clients. Various methods are used for attaching non-adhesive labels to the product - for example, shelf labels are placed in special plastic strips, clothing labels are attached with an additional plastic tie, whereas flower labels are constructed so that they can be attached without an additional device.
Non-adhesive labels are produced mainly from cardboard and different types of plastics / foils. They are used in the textile industry, retail, gardening, the forest and lumber industry, metallurgy, etc.
Cardboard tags are manufactured from direct thermal or thermal transfer cardboard, depending on the application and our customer’s requirements. Cardboard labels are available in different degrees of thickness (from 80 to 250gr./m2), and can be one-sided or double-sided.
Cardboard tags, containing a barcode and the manufacturer’s details, are mainly used for marking products in the retail trade: textiles, clothes, shoes, fruits and vegetables packed in nets, etc. They are also suitable for making badges.
The attractive prints of the cardboard labels provide additional brand marketing for your product and brand.
Cardboard tags are also used for tickets and subscription cards. The permanent information you need (logo, address, phone, web site, etc) is pre-printed on the cardboard tags. The variable information, for example when selling tickets – event name, date, time, seat number, etc. – is printed directly when selling the ticket. A direct thermal printer or thermal transfer printer is used for this purpose.
Size, shape and perforation, as well as the colour flexographic print are customized according to the order. These tags are ready for subsequent thermal transfer printing of barcodes, washing instructions, ingredient list, etc.
Polyester / plastic labels are characterized by high resistance to weather conditions (rain, UV rays and temperature) and mechanical abrasion. They provide automatic identification of the product during the consecutive production stages, transportation and storage.
Polyester / plastic labels are suitable for metallurgical products, packed and wrapped in bundles (bars, pipes, grills and reinforcement grids); for marking containers housing small-sized components; for marking pallets and goods stored outdoors (e.g. in construction and logistics).
Plastic labels are also used in gardening for marking flowers, bushes and trees, in the forest and lumber industry, and in meat processing factories.
Loop-shaped tags are used in gardening, forestry and botanical gardens for marking flowers, bushes and trees and also for marking cables and cable bunches.
Polyester labels, resistant to weather conditions and mechanical damage, provide legible identification of seedlings for many years.
Direct thermal and thermal transfer cardboard paper is used for production of tickets and subscription cards. Depending on the application and the requirement for the tickets’ resistance, materials with various characteristics are used: direct thermal cardboards without coating, cardboards with additional coating for good humidity resistance, thermal transfer cardboards, as well as direct thermal or thermal transfer foil materials.
