ALTECH ALpharma B LABELER FOR PHARMACEUTICAL BOXES

This labeling machine has a stainless-steel base and a full protective case.

The labeler’s conveyor belt consists of three sections that have different speeds. This is specifically designed to collect the incoming products and then the different sections can space them out by increasing the speed.

There are four motorised belts to the side of the loading unit. The first two help to align the boxes as their speed is synchronised with that of the first conveyor belt section. The other two belts are faster, and they operate to space out the boxes evenly.

The actual process of labelling is performed by the labeling system on two sides while the products are secured in place by an upper motorised belt.

The label applicator (ALritma) is equipped with capacitive sensing in order to read transparent labels and tags.

The label folding is achieved with two shaped stainless-steel plates and two rollers. They press the part that needs folding over the edge of the product.

The ALpharma B labeling machine also has an expulsion system for boxes that are not labelled at the end of the conveyor belt. It is activated by two special sensors (one on each side of the box) and a reject container.

Altech is an Italian manufacturer with experience in designing industrial labelling machines. They developed the ALpharma product line to label, protect and check products specifically for the pharmaceutical industry (vials, boxes, cases and bottles).
