The Evolution 4.0 labelling system is intuitive and easy to use, and has excellent technical capabilities.

The maximum steady label dispensing speed can be adjusted up to 50m/min (164ft/min). The indicative label application frequency is maximum 950 pcs/min (considering label width is 40mm (1.57") x pitch is 20mm (0. 78"))

The Arca labeling machine has a special housing for label rolls. The max external diameter of the rolls should be 360mm (14.17") while the internal diameter should be 45mm (1.77") or 76mm (2.99") (recommended). The label roll housing is equipped with a brake and "safe" containment instructions (neutral, used to neutralize the inertia force), and has a special quick release system.

The usable width of the silicone support is maximum 160mm (6.29"), minimum 16mm (1.62") (if the internal diameter of the label roll is 45mm) or 25mm (0.98") (if the internal diameter of the roll is 76mm). The minimum label length is 10mm (0.39"). The minimum gap between the labels should be 2mm (0.07").

The labeler also has a 3.5" color touch graphic display. The screen uses Arca’s latest generation MMit 4.0 (Man/Machine instinctive Interface).

Rigid peeler, 160mm (6.29") wide, left version. The peeler allows for label application on moving items with flat surfaces.

Label sensor with type 1 S photocell and special connector

Label sensor with type 1 S photocell, suitable for various Arca labeling devices: Evolution 4.0 /  Wind 4.0 / Performance 4.0 / Flash 4.0, S and 3000 series. It has a self-learning button, status LED light and a connector all included on the body of the labeling machine . It also stops the labeler after each tag or label is dispensed (1 signal); not suited for application of  transparent labels.
