Dear customers and partners,
With Christmas approaching and the upcoming holiday period, we would like to inform you about the working hours of "Dilcom Bulgaria" during the Christmas and New Year holidays:
On the days 22.12.-23.12.2014 and 29.12.-30.12.2014, the offices and warehouses of the company will work with normal working hours. Inquiries and requests will be handled by colleagues on duty from the Sales Department and Customer Service Department. On the specified days, you will be able to contact the colleagues from the Service department.
The production will not work in the period from 24.12.2014 to 04.01.2015.
All orders for printed labels received by 12/15/2014, including white labels production orders received up to 12/17/2014 will be processed and dispatched by 12/23/2014. Products will be dispatched in accordance with the working hours of courier companies.
The first working day for all departments and the production of "Dilcom Bulgaria" for the New Year is Jan 5th 2015!
