With its founding in 2002 Dilcom Bulgaria became an official representative of Citizen label printers in Bulgaria. In 2003, the company started producing labels with the idea and aspiration to provide unique comprehensive labeling solutions in Bulgaria, tailored specifically to the requirements of each customer.
The Dilcom family has grown from 3 colleagues and 1 business partner in our first year to over 70 employees in 3 offices and 90 global partners.
For 20 years, our guiding values have remained the honesty, integrity and trust we have built. Thanks to them and successful teamwork, Dilcom has become a leader in the labeling industry in Bulgaria.
Over the years we have learned to overcome obstacles and fight challenges together. We have built a strong and close-knit team that with dedication and hard work supports the success of the company at every step.
But our success isn't just down to our company and team - the close relationships with our customers and partners and the trust between us has helped us grow and we will continue to strengthen these partnerships in the future.
As well as looking back at our history, we are also looking forward to the future. Dilcom will continue to grow and increase its market share by investing in new technologies, developing innovative products, enhancing the quality of our products and services and strengthening customer relationships.
We strive to become a greener company by offering a more diverse portfolio of environmentally friendly labelling products and taking further steps towards efficient use of energy resources and responsible environmental management.
