The partner meeting organized by Dilcom and held on June 7, 2019 was successfully held.
The event started with a visit to the company's modern production base where customers had the opportunity to see the label printing machines as well as the actual production process.
The main points of the presentations were on the following topics:
- New opportunities for printing complex labels – multi paged (booklet) labels, scratch off labels, wrap-around labels, shrink sleeve labels, in-mould labels, etc.;
-Automatic applicators and the benefits of their implementation in manufacturing, application techniques and non-standard solutions for labeling of products with complex shape, as well as systems for labeling control and verification;
Godex Print and Apply system was exhibited in the conference hall and demonstration of label application on biscuits boxes was made.
-Projects realized together with Kasi Automation Ltd – track and trace systems meeting the requirements of the latest European directives regulating the production and trade of medicines, cigarettes, etc.;
-NiceLabel Label Management System (LMS) – finished software application that can easily be integrated in any ERP system and provides full control over label printing.
Dilcom showed practical application of the system when registering guests for the meeting and printing badges.
Guest speaker from "Kurz" presented the wide range of foils for hot and cold printing with hologram and 3D effect used as a trademark protection tool. He also demonstrated the latest software developments - mobile phone applications used for protection against fake products.
During the coffee break, a demonstration was made of the automated system of E-packaging - Saturno Compatta – for application of labels on cylindrical products. At the end of the meeting, all guests received a wine bottle as a gift, labeled on the applicator.
