Their high quality colour label printers and label applicators come with a standard warranty of 12 months. As of 2020, DTM offers a free option to extend it to 36 months.
The warranty period is a very important advantage for all customers, distributors and partners. With this 3-year extension option, the DTM Print team aims to reinforce the company's credibility and offer its partners and customers even more security.
The 3-year warranty applies to a wide range of DTM Print products that Dilcom offers - the Eddie food printer, all models of the LX-series colour printers (for instance LX3000e Colour label printer), the CX86e colour non-adhesive label and tag printer, the FX-series (FX510e foil printer), and the AP-series label applicators - AP360e and AP362e.
The warranty is valid for purchases made through authorized DTM Print distributors in the European Union, United Kingdom and EFTA (European Free Trade Association) countries. Dilcom Bulgaria is a long-standing authorized representative of DTM Print.
To take advantage of the extended 36-month warranty, you must register on the DTM website and provide a copy of the invoice from your printer purchase. This action must be completed no later than 30 days after purchase. After submitting these documents, you will receive information from the company on the exact period your warranty is valid for. It is effective from the date listed on the invoice.
